But „visible” cleanliness is not enough to eradicate micro-organisms harmful to health, such as moulds, fungi and bacteria (e.g. Staphylococcus Aureus). Sinks, toilets, TV remote controls and telephone keyboards are a hotbed for these microorganisms. With the Microdefender system it is possible to program cyclical disinfection activities able to decontaminate both the air and all the surfaces. For restaurants and hotel kitchens, this disinfection treatment is in support of the HACCP protocol and is particularly useful to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
