CONTROLS THE ENTIRE FOOD CHAIN.

From the primary production (raw materials, storage, slaughtering and packaging phases), to final consumption, all the companies operating in the food sector – at any stage of the supply chain – must apply the HACCP protocol (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). HACCP is an internationally recognized system of identifying and managing food safety risk in order to prevent health and hygiene risks caused by bacteria such as Salmonella, Escherichia Coli or viruses such as Norovirus, which can cause infections and foodborne illness. The Microdefender system is particularly effective because it allows to keep the “critical points” under control, when it is easier to identify, prevent, reduce or eliminate biological risks for human health.
